Nine members of the Assynt Mountain Rescue Team were mobilised at 10:45 am on Wednesday to rescue an injured hillwalker near Strathchailleach Bothy in Sutherland, the Northern Times reported. The hiker injured his ankle while visiting the isolated area with his teenage son and was unable to walk. [1]
