Hawaiian Coastline Faces Heavy Wave Damage Following Hurricane Lowell

Hurricane Lowell swept across the Pacific Ocean and impacted Hawaii on September 8, sending massive waves crashing onto the western side of Oahu. According to Mongabay, the heavy surf threw coral debris into nearby residences, including breaking through a window of at least one home. [1]
